"Being
6'4" tall and only 164 lbs for most of my
55 years, I had always dreamed of being more muscular
and less of a "toothpick." But despite
my years of mountain bike racing and mogul skiing,
along with the typical YMCA weight machine training
regimen, I could not put on weight or muscle no
matter what I did!
EDT
got me excited, as it made sense to me based on
my medical training and nutrition knowledge. I
loved the idea of not straining through a lifting
session, and looked forward to seeing some results,
especially in the core areas.
And
that's what I did! For three months, I did mostly
core related lifting with dumbells, and found
that my balance improved along with muscle tone.
Imagine my surprise when after only three or four
weeks, I had lost some belly roundness, and had
gained 5 pounds of muscle! And it seemed
so easy! At this point I started drinking small
amounts of whey protein.
After
two more months, I was up to 175 lbs, and had
muscles that I never got at the YMCA. I felt the
need to hit the stretching more than I had prior
to this, but otherwise it was painless. Currently,
at four months, I am
holding at 181 lbs, and have no fat whatsoever.
I work out three or four times a week for 30 minutes.
That's it! All with dumbells, push-ups and sit-ups.
This week, I purchased a half cage (smith cage),
as this is getting way too fun to not do it to
the best advantage possible!
Thank
you, Charles!"

"Charles,
I've
tried a variety of other training systems and
I either got minimal results, kept getting injured
or could not fit the workouts into my schedule.
Finding EDT has been
like finding the key that unlocks all the doors.
I don't
have a lot of time to workout and I travel a lot
so I need something that I can fit into my day
or easily take into unfamiliar gyms across the
country. I also need something that is backed
by reason and science and produces results. And
lastly, I need something that would test my 'mental
toughness' and would stay motivating over time.
It seems EDT has fulfilled all these.
I bought
your EDT package and watched the DVD and read
the book through in one day. On my first workout
the weights were too light, but I was still pretty
sore. The workout was fast and furious, but I
had more energy throughout the rest of my day
than anything I had been doing. I've being going
at it for three weeks now and have dialed in the
right amount of weight for the exercises.
You
had said that you really need to experience EDT
to get it, kind of like riding a bike or falling
in love. You're right! This mornings workout kicked
my butt while I was doing it, but I felt good
walking out of the gym. I switched the order of
the sets and did Long Step Lunges with 45 lbs.
dumbbells after my set of Low Cable Rows and Dumbbell
Presses. Just doing things 'out of order' completely
changed my fatigue level on the lunges. What an
anaerobic workout!
What's
interesting is when I have gone out to run, I
am running harder and faster without meaning to.
In other words my body just seems to want to go
faster. To try to slow down would take more 'effort'
then to just go with what my body is wanting to
do.
My
strength is going up and my body is already looking
different, better. And
these results are just after three weeks.
I can't wait to see what I'll look like and feel
like at the end of my first 8 week program, and
the next one, and the next...
Thank
Charles for putting together a program for the
thinking man with limited time."
Sincerely,

"Charles,
I have
been using EDT for about a year. I have been very
happy with my results.
I am a hard gainer and have gone from 155 to 170
while only increasing body fat from 10% to 11%.
Now
the good part: I just got your video guide and
I can definitely say learning by example is the
way to go. I have been trying to make the 5 reps
as long as possible, watching the videos cleared
this area up. The first day of dropping to 4,
3, 2, then 1, my PR jumped from 55
to 75, WOW. Needless to say I was sore, but it
felt great.
I
love competing against myself, it keeps me going,
and lets me know I am making progress, even on
those hard days.
Thanks
for the great system. And I would encourage anyone
using EDT to get the video guide - excellent work.

"I purchased
the EDT Combo Package last month, and I have to
admit it is the best training-related purchase
I've made in a looooong time. In
one month, I have changed my body comp more in
such a short amount of time than I can ever recall.
This is saying a lot considering I'm in a remote
camp in western Iraq, with only the most basic
weight room equipment (squat rack, benches, pull-up
bar, dip bars, DB set, good olympic bars and lots
of plates).
I've changed what
I need to to suit my requirements while staying
within the basic guidelines of EDT and meeting
the intent of the progressive training. This
is by far the most I've ever gotten out of any
training program, and my diet is MREs
and whatever one choice I get at breakfast and
dinner. Thanks Charles!"
