Well we've got answers!
1.
Can anybody use the EDT program? Is it okay for females, teenagers,
older adults, etc.?
| ABSOLUTELY.
In fact, that's one of the biggest advantages with
the EDT program - literally
ANYBODY can use it (and HAS used it!).
The fundamental principles by which the body and muscles
work are the same, no matter what age or gender you
are. You DON'T have to be a hulking bodybuilder to
get great results with EDT - I don't care if you're
15 or 102! |
2. Is EDT
good for beginners?

EDT
is PERFECT for beginners.
In fact, in this DVD, I purposefully kept it simple
enough that a complete beginner could understand
and work with it (while still providing plenty of
"meat" to get advanced trainers all whipped
up!).
The EDT system is
so ideal because it is TOTALLY under your control
in terms of how much or how little work you do.
You work at a level you're comfortable with then
the system gradually moves you towards increasing
your workload AT YOUR OWN PACE. There are no artificial
"set/rep" schemes to deal with here -
nothing that forces you into a workload you're not
ready for.
The other great benefit
to the beginner with EDT is that you're going
to get "PERFECT PRACTICE" on all your
exercises.
Think of it this way...with
most programs that are oriented to fatigue, the
last reps you do will generally be the WORST for
your form, especially if you're a beginner. Now,
we don't want you practicing poor form! With EDT,
you stay away from fatigue and practice PERFECT
form for all your reps, helping
you get better results FASTER.

3.
How long do EDT training sessions take to complete? How
many times a week do I need to train?
|
Honestly, this is one
of the BEST things about EDT...you
DON'T have to spend your whole day at the gym.
You
will know EXACTLY how long each session you do is going
to take to complete!
When you're first starting
out, your workouts will be 15 minutes long (plus a few
minutes warm-up) and you will do them 3 times a week.
As you progress, you can
add another "PR Zone" (a 15 minute block of
"work" time). Those workouts are about 35
minutes long...(the extra few minutes are because you'll
be taking a few minutes break in between PR Zones).
Again, you would do these sessions three times a week.
And when you become even
MORE advanced, you can do THREE "PR Zones",
which brings your total workout time to just under an
hour, done (as usual) three times a week.
So even at the most ADVANCED
stages, you're still only training less than an hour
each time, three days a week!

4.
Can I perform EDT at home or do I need to have a full gym membership?
|
EDT
can be performed ANYWHERE with ANY equipment...even
no equipment at all! Heck, go to a playground and do
pull-ups on the monkey bars and push-ups on the jungle
gym equipment.
EDT is a SYSTEM that you
can use to work with ANY piece of equipment you have
available to you. It's GREAT for home gym use.
Naturally, if you have
access to a gym, that's going to open up a whole lot
more exercises that you'll be able to do with EDT, as
well as a whole lot more options in terms of adding
resistance.
But even if all you've
got is a couple of milk jugs filled with sand, you're
good to go. It's the OVERALL CONCEPT of EDT
(going for performance rather than fatigue) that makes
it so powerful!

Do you have support available if I have questions about the
training as I'm doing it?

We definitely do! In fact,

answering questions about EDT on there, as do the rest
of the Staley Training Systems staff. We know the ins

6.
What sort of results can I expect to get with EDT?

We've seen some pretty
amazing results with the EDT program...I'll pull some
results out of some of the testimonials (click

- I have
packed on 20 lbs over three EDT cycles.
- I have
lost 12 lbs. in 10 weeks, while at the same
time packing on some quality muscle.

Do I need to buy any expensive supplements to make this program
work?

Far
from it! That's the beauty of the EDT system.
It works like a charm if all you do is train and
eat nutritious food. Naturally, you're welcome to add
in any additional supplement you like, but they're definitely
NOT required.
The best results come
from solid training and good nutrition. Supplementation
is an add-on that can certainly be helpful...you just
shouldn't count on it to get you your results. EDT
will get you your results completely on it's own!

Is the
credit card processing safe and secure? I'm unsure about putting
my credit card information in on a website.

Your
credit card transaction is completely secure

good cards get turned down! They constantly strive

Can EDT be used for weight/fat loss or
is it just a mass and strength-building program?

Honestly,
EDT is GREAT for fat loss.
With some
simple modifications to the training and with a modest
caloric deficit you can drop bodyfat VERY effectively
with EDT.
In fact, many people
notice that they drop fat without even trying
when they first get on EDT!
Because of the way the
program is structured and the volume of training you're
doing, EDT really lends itself to improving body composition.

Is EDT good for performance athletes or
just geared toward physique-minded trainees?

EDT
is EXCELLENT for performance athletes. Many
building programs aren't great for the performance
athlete. EDT, however, is actually DESIGNED with performance
in mind!
Basically, with the
EDT, your PRIMARY goal is performance! The muscle
and strength development that follow are a result
of that performance-oriented mindset, making it an
IDEAL program for performance athletes!
