So here's the deal...if

the massive arms you want already.
Well, let me tell you...after
more than 20 years in the strength training and coaching
business, it's RARE you find anybody who IS
truly happy with their arm size.

EVERYBODY
wants bigger arms...
But
is seems almost NOBODY knows
what it takes to really GET them...

legs, etc., are covered up, but if your arms are lacking,

and athletes alike) face endless frustration when it comes
to adding even fractional amounts of girth to their biceps
and triceps.

can relate with those who find themselves terminally confused
as they attempt to wade their way through the miasma of (usually)
conflicting theories and methods about working out. In fact,
it was my own frustration with this confusion that eventually
led to Escalating Density Training

that if you do it, you WILL get a different result (specifically,
shirt-sleeve splitting guns
that will inspire awe in some, disgust in others, but regardless
of the reaction, people will RESPECT, and typically, ADMIRE,
the inescapable evidence that you are no stranger to the gym).
